Welcome to Salesbury Landscaping. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Salesbury Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to landscape design, installation, maintenance, hardscaping, and garden care. The specific details, scope, and pricing of services will be outlined in individual project proposals or agreements.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Salesbury Landscaping:

• Are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Are based on the information provided by the client and visual inspections
• May be subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project
• Do not include additional work not specified in the original quote

4. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking and commence work
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project
• For ongoing maintenance services, payment is due within 7 days of invoice
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled work will receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled work may forfeit 25% of the deposit to cover preparation costs
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Salesbury Landscaping provides the following warranties:

• Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion
• Plant materials are guaranteed for 90 days if properly maintained by the client
• Hardscaping elements are guaranteed according to manufacturer specifications
• Warranties do not cover damage due to extreme weather events, improper maintenance, or third-party actions

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your property and requirements
• Ensuring access to your property on scheduled work days
• Informing us of any underground utilities, pipes, or structures
• Obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals
• Proper maintenance of installed landscapes according to our care instructions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Salesbury Landscaping and is protected by copyright laws. We reserve the right to use photographs of completed projects for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Salesbury Landscaping shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Damage caused by acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
• Pre-existing property conditions not visible during initial assessment
• Damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation before any legal action is taken.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abu Dhabi.
